Pricing questions
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Make your whole invitation and watch the animated preview for nothing. When you're happy, choose the Invite (£4.99) or the Party Pack (£9.99) and your link is ready to share. Guests can open it once it's paid for.
What's the difference between the Invite and the Party Pack?
Both show every reply, the headcount, allergies, siblings and the party-bag count. The Invite (£4.99) uses one of four themes. The Party Pack (£9.99) adds all 12 themes, automatic reminders, updates to guests, thank-you notes and printable lists. Started with the Invite? Upgrade for the difference.
Is the Year Pass a subscription?
No. It's a one-off £19.99 for 12 months of Party Packs on every party you make - handy with siblings. It never renews and there's nothing to cancel.
Can people pay for gifts through Whole Class?
No - we never handle money between families. You can add gift guidance like "No gifts please" or "£5 fiver party", and that's just text on the invite.
Can I get a refund?
The Invite, Party Pack and Year Pass start straight away, so the usual 14-day cancellation right ends when you start using them. But if something isn't working as described, tell us and we'll fix it or, if we can't, refund you, and if you bought the wrong thing, email us within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund you. See our refunds policy.
