Digital products
Whole Class is delivered online. You can make and preview an invitation without paying; it's ready to share as soon as you pay for an Invite, a Party Pack or a Year Pass, which start as soon as payment is complete. Please check the party details before you share the link.
Party invitations
- Plans. There is no free plan: guests can open an invitation once it's paid for. Invite (£4.99): one party, the four Invite themes, every reply, the headcount, allergies, siblings and party-bag count. Party Pack (£9.99): one party, all 12 themes, every reply, reminders, updates, thank-you notes and printable lists; a party already on the Invite can be upgraded for the difference (£5). Year Pass (£19.99): the Party Pack on every party you make for 12 months from purchase. Every plan is a one-off payment; the Year Pass never renews.
- Your content. You're responsible for what you put on an invitation and for the notes guests send you. Don't add anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anyone else's details without their permission.
- Taking invitations down. If an invitation is reported to us and breaks these terms (for example it's abusive, misleading or uses someone else's details), we may take it down. Guests then can't open or reply to it, and we'll tell the host why.
- Your guests. Anyone with your invitation link can see the party details (not who's replied). Only share it with people you'd invite. Only add guests' contact details if you have their permission.
- Money between families. We never collect, hold or pass on money for gifts or anything else. Gift guidance on an invitation is text only.
- Allergy information is shared by guests for the host's eyes only, so the host can keep children safe. We don't check it, so always confirm anything important directly with the family.
- Grown-ups only. Whole Class is for parents and carers aged 18 or over. Children shouldn't use it themselves.
How long things stay online
Guests' reply details are deleted automatically 60 days after each party, on every plan. At the same time we remove the venue address, your mobile number and your messages from the invitation. Your parties stay in your account until you delete them or your account, and draft invitations you never save to an account are deleted after 7 days.
